A combination of Swedish, CranioSacral, and/or Deep Tissue techniques will be utilized to improve blood flow into the tissues, enhance relaxation and support wellness. May include moist heat therapy, if indicated. Sports Massage
Relax tired and tight muscles and increase range of motion with a variety of massage strokes and stretches. Deep tissue work is incorporated into the session. If requested, stone massage can be incorporated to assist with healing sub-acute or overuse injuries (see stone massage description). Hot Stone Massage
Therapist utilizes heated river stones to release pain and tension from stubborn muscle knots while soothing the nervous system. The penetrating heat allows the receiver to benefit from a deep state of relaxation. Warm stones may be alternated with cool stones for therapeutic effect. Available for sessions 1 hour or longer. Excellent for fibromyalgia. CranioSacral Therapy
A light-touch approach of evaluation and distinctive techniques to release any restrictions found. By freeing the central nervous system to perform at its best, CST naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens your resistance to disease and enhances your health & well-being. A signature variation of Young Living's Raindrop Technique, layers of essential oils are applied to feet & back. Warmed sesame or coconut oil is gently massage over extremities. This session is an excellent way to rebalance, recharge & gain new perspective during period of stress. Hands & Feet Massage
Thirty minutes dedicated to thoroughly work the areas of the body we use the most. This session is excellent for people with health concerns that would not safely permit a full body massage. Can be combined with Reiki/energy work for an hour session. Chair Massage for Special Events
Sessions are done fully clothed in a chair specifically designed for massage. Individual sessions are typically shorter than table massage (10-20 minutes).
